Pat Jones received her Bachelor of Science in Individual and Family Studies in 1979 from Pennsylvania State University. Right out of college, Pat worked as a Teacher’s Aide in Pedrickstown before coming to The Arc of Atlantic County. She now works as the Chief Operating Officer, but has an impressive history here. Jill Cornforth Lemon

Jill Cornforth Lemon received her Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. Jill started her career as an accountant in the casino industry. After about five years, she realized that non-profit accounting would be more rewarding for her. Before coming to The Arc of Atlantic County, Jill worked as the Chief Financial Officer at AtlantiCare Behavioral Health. Read more...

Deborah J. Jewell

Deborah Jewell received her Bachelor’s Degree in English from Gettysburg College and later went on to Graduate School for course work in Public Relations at Rowan University. Debbie worked as the Campaign Director at United Way, then at the Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation as their Director of Development. Debbie came to The Arc in 2007 as Director of Fund Development and Communications, before being promoted to her current position as Chief Development Officer at The Arc. In this role, Debbie is responsible for giving management and direction to all of the fundraising activities and all of the communications activities for the agency. Read more...
